Shot on iPhone, edited in iMovie · Procedural demonstration
A step-by-step video teaching a hands-on procedure to a general audience: selecting ingredients, assembling equipment, and working through the full sequence from mixing to baking.
The subject is homemade dog treats. The point is the format. Filming a physical procedure means every shot has to show the viewer what their own hands should be doing, and Mayer's multimedia principles governed the pacing, the narration, and what the camera holds on at each step. Demonstration video is one of the few formats where a wrong camera angle makes the instruction useless.
