I DESIGN TRAINING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

I evaluate the clinical competencies that determine whether a dental hygiene student is eligible for licensure. That's the standard I design to — not whether someone finished the module, but whether they can perform when it counts.

 

My career spans clinical care, public health program delivery, insurance and benefits, and higher education: four views of the same gap between what a protocol says and what people actually do under pressure.

 

I build LMS courses, interactive simulations, scenario-based modules, and microlearning using Canvas, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Genially, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with AI-assisted development.
